WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Director, Education Programs, you will oversee the execution of curriculum initiatives and collaborate with internal and external partners to help effectively enhance and communicate our Balanced Learning® approach. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
- Manage Education Department initiatives and workflow, ensuring efficient processes are established and maintained and deliverables are completed on time and with a high level of quality
- Oversee education program documentation, including guides, policies, and curriculum resources, and ensure clarity, accuracy and organization
- Direct Help Desk operations on behalf of the education department for continuous improvement in response time and satisfaction
- Lead the development and deployment of education communications (Excellicast, Essentials, etc.) while working cross-functionally to align and validate content inputs
- Oversee education-related FF&E and campus design requirements and ensure alignment with the Balanced Learning® curriculum as well as accuracy of all documentation and school-level compliance
- Partner with IT to manage relevant platform components (e.g. Backpack, Procare), ensuring functionality and usability, advocating for/communicating development, escalating (or directly fixing, when applicable) issues with a strong emphasis on driving innovation
- Partner with Creative Marketing Team to oversee end to end creative workflow for Education assets including planning, scheduling, executing and organization
- Supervise ongoing development and user support of the Teacher Resource Manager platform, including maintaining a consolidated curriculum and technology roadmap and scoping development and deployment
- Serve as an education department leader and supervise team members assigned to education programs and operations
- Manage accreditation and licensing programs and processes including school support resources, compliance and continuous improvement
- Maintain education vendor relationships and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance school support and growth and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or communications
- 5-7 years of experience in education or similar industry
- Extensive project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systems a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate, organized, and detail focused
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external partners
