 WHAT YOU’LL DO
Our Brand Manager, School Excellence, is responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of successful brand marketing campaigns for both prospective families and prospective teachers. Leveraging qualitative and quantitative research, external partners, internal expertise, and valuable insights from our Franchise Owners, you will carefully curate an omnichannel brand strategy that delivers results. You’ll lead a team of one direct report, with a commitment to their personal success and professional development. This is a full-time, hybrid role.

  • Responsible and accountable for the development, execution, and achievement of holistic marketing plans for the School Excellence business unit, including strategy and tactical execution designed to attract, convert, and serve prospective families and prospective teachers.
  • Support the development of research studies to better understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive behavior
  • Continually influence and impact key stakeholders, from executives to the field team to franchise owners, to drive understanding, alignment, and collaboration
  • Transition effortlessly between strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Understand data and how to use it in creative ways to inform strategy and tactics, and measure results
  • Provide day-to-day leadership to one direct report, including providing mentorship, identifying development opportunities, and leveraging talent as a resource for driving business results. 
 
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience – advertising, PR, agency, or other marketing strategy-related role
  • Experience in franchise marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work across teams within an organization
  • Experience with data/analytics; ability to make decisions based on data
  • Experience leading, managing, and influencing a cross-functional, inclusive team of brand professionals, agency partners, and external consultants
  • Proven critical thinking and conceptual abilities; ability to lead campaign planning discussions
  • Proven writing and presentation skills; ability to synthesize information from multiple sources
  • Proven skills in organization and program management 
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
